- Example: for home delivery, if the product arrives on 1/1, the seven-day grace period is from 1/2 to 1/8; for convenience store pickup, if the product arrives on 1/1 and the consumer picks it up on 1/2, the seven-day grace period is from 1/3 to 1/9.
- Discounted items and limited edition items
- Damage caused by human factors, such as abnormal try-ons, stains, usability issues, existing dirt, makeup or odors (such as perfume, smoke, etc.), etc.
- Malicious or excessive returns
If you need to return a product, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the product and provide the following information: "Name," "Order Number," "Contact Phone Number," "Name of the Returned Product," "Reason for Return and Photos," etc. Once our customer service receives this information, they will assist you with the return or exchange process.
